Suitable candidate must have worked as a senior manager in a upmarket establishment for a minimum of 5 years( no fast food candidates)
Must have strong front and back of house management skills
Must have managed large mounts of staff
Must have experience with events and functions management
Must have own transport
Able to start as soon as possible
