On our second flash sheet we felt a collection of new school, chrome AND tribal designs were applicable to suit the 90s (and early 2000s) vibes.

There is so much flash in the archives, unfortunately not all sheets are signed or marked clearly but that little flamin’ eyeball in the middle is straight from a Metal Machine 1994 flash sheet!

On our first flash sheet we have some authentic 90’s art. We’ve pulled flash from the likes of Ed Hardy, Filip Leu and Bernie Luther.

Crazy to think these designs were drawn up years before half of the artists tattooing on the 18th of July were even born! 🤯

Mark your calendars! We’re going back to the 90’s with some old school flash from Derek’s personal collection to raise money for his recovery! Flash to follow in the coming weeks 🙏

Derek has been a fixture in the local tattoo scene since 1991 and has the oldest, still existing studio in Cape Town, opened in 1993. Let’s show him some support and solidarity on the 18th of July so that we can make sure that Derek and Metal Machine Tattoo Studio can create memories for another 30 years to come.
