Your greatest strength can also become your greatest limitation when it's not balanced.

That's why understanding how your brain is wired is so powerful.

Because growth isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about understanding how you operate best and learning how to leverage your strengths without becoming trapped by them.

I've been thinking about this in the context of running a business.

One of the realities i have to face is that, whether I enjoy sales or not, building relationships, making contact, creating leads, and turning those conversations into customers we can genuinely offer value to is a fundamental part of growing a business.

If you don't like doing it, then the answer isn't to avoid it. The answer is to find someone who can do it well and pay them. But if you don't have that person yet, then it's your responsibility.

I was recently listening to Alex Hormozi's *$100M Leads*, and one idea really stood out. He suggests spending the first four hours of your day making contact—reaching out to 100 people. At first, that sounded unbelievable to me. But it also highlighted the level of focused, consistent effort required to build a thriving business.

The other mindset shift I loved is this: you're not trying to sell people something. You're starting by offering something valuable for free.

Lead with value.
Build trust.
Create relationships.
The sales follow naturally.

Sometimes the biggest breakthrough comes from facing the thing we've been avoiding.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I've learned from working with entrepreneurs is this:

If people genuinely can't afford your offer, you may be speaking to the wrong audience.

If they can afford it but they're still not buying, your offer probably isn't compelling enough yet.

Before lowering your price, ask yourself:
Am I talking to the right people, or do I need to create more value?

Which one do you think is the bigger challenge for most businesses right now?

Most of us don't lack drive and ambition.

We lack space.

In my conversations this week, I keep hearing the same thing underneath the busyness; not "I don't have enough time" but something deeper.

"I've lost the thread back to what I actually want."

People talk about feeling like chameleons; constantly adapting, constantly shifting, trying to please everyone around them. And when you're always becoming what others need you to be, there's no room left to ask:

What do I actually dream of?

That's what I'm building into our Level Up Workshop; not just "how to get your time back" but how to use that time to reconnect with who you actually are.

Understanding your strengths. Seeing your blind spots. Knowing whether you're energised by people or by solitude, and building a team and a life around that truth.
