I’m thrilled to announce that Myles Hopkins has been appointed as a Director of QBIT and has also stepped into the role of Managing Director, reporting to me as CEO.

Digital Transformation | You need the right Organisational Transformation Journey

A successful digital transformation will be started with the correct organisational and people transformation journey for designing a future-fit organisation. This implies an understanding of “what needs to change” and it is therefore crucial to align the strategic thinking around key questions such as:

“What will the future look like?”
“What will we need to build?”
“How will we get there?”
“What do we need to drive the transformation”
