Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for building relationships and promoting healthcare technology? Our client is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Project Co-Ordinator to join their team.
Position: Pharmacy Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Cape Town
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote our client's technology to increase brand awareness and drive sales within the assigned territory.
- Educate pharmacy staff on technology features, benefits, and proper usage through effective training sessions and presentations.
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to assess utilisation, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Gather feedback from clients and healthcare professionals to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Project Management, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage.
- Understanding of the healthcare sector with Pharmacy sector experience an advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilising health technology platforms and tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency in process thinking and problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Proven experience in leveraging digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making and optimise sales strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels, with a focus on enhancing digital presence and driving online revenue.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information using digital communication channels.
- Innovative mindset with a keen interest in exploring emerging technologies and trends in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales.
- Valid driver's license (Code π and willingness to travel within the Western Cape.
