We are a fledgling business based on a farm in Bovlei, Wellington, Cape Town, South Africa. Having found a South Africa strain of an Oyster mushroom on the farm, which we believe is possibly the only pure South African strain, we have spent the past six months cultivating it under laboratory conditions. s a distinctive flavour and, apart from having a long shelf life, it just looks really impressive. Furthermore, we have successfully dried the product to increase the shelf life further. Finally, exotic mushrooms are popular in Europe and Asia and therefore we believe offer a potential market in the future. We sell our fresh product in either 250g punnets, or, also, per kilogram. The dried Oyster product is sold per kilogram. Our pricing is competitive and there is a minimum order quantity.
