Aephoria has designed and run intensive enneagram courses for companies within the petrochemical, FMCG, mining and banking sectors in emerging markets. These courses range from 2 to 16 days in duration and include individual and team work, the enneagram and strategy, enneagram and diversity and many other applications. We have recently mapped the enneagram with Cook-Greuter’s LMF to provide a specific and rich developmental pathway for ourselves and our partners.

Some great news from the Aephorian camp…

Our Level 1 Enneagram Accreditation is now ICF-accredited and carries 20 CCE credits!

OK, so we know that coaches sometimes choose programmes partly because they need credits to renew their International Coaching Federation credentials. No judgement here, and we’re very happy to help.
But if you’re going to spend the time and money, you may as well learn something genuinely fabulous and useful too. Our Level 1 gives coaches a deep and practical understanding of why people do what they do, what sits underneath their behaviour, where they get stuck and what might help them move.

So, yes, it’s 20 ICF credits…and a serious Enneagram accreditation at the end of it.

Have you outgrown your Maturity report?

Unlike your Enneagram type, your maturity can, and arguably should, change. A lot can happen to us in two or three years.

Maybe you’ve stepped into a more demanding job, done some serious work in coaching / therapy, been through divorce or bereavement, or simply had life ‘grow you up’ in one of its less subtle ways.

If your last Maturity assessment was a few years ago, perhaps it’s time to find out who is driving your bus now.

And for our coaches, have a look back through the clients you’ve assessed over the years. Some may have shifted a lot, while others may still be grappling with exactly the same developmental edge. Either way, a retest could open up a very useful conversation about what has changed and where their work now lies.

What an invigorating few days we had at Culture Café Johannesburg!

We had some fabulous conversations with some old faces (and some young ones too) and the buzz around the stand was electric. Not just because we were giving away 9 flavours of Lindt South Africa balls to represent the 9 Enneagram styles!

We sponsored a breakfast roundtable discussion with some esteemed culture gurus. Thank you Dr. Candice Hartley (PhD) Kelly Ledger, Andrew Millson, Shantal Kamraj, Fiona Johnson, Sibahle Somana, Andrew McDonald and we opportunistically did some further market-testing of our evangelical commitment to the Professional Pairs assessment and coaching technologies. We now know for sure that we’re onto something with this…

Yesterday, our team proudly took part in the PSFA Blisters for Bread Walk, with team members completing both the 5 km and 10 km routes.

A big congratulations to everyone who showed up, put one foot in front of the other, and supported a cause that helps provide food, support and hope to those facing hunger.
