Behind the Work | Meet Glen Firmani

Glen has been part of Semper for over four years, and when we asked what he enjoys most about being here, his answer was simple: the people. The colleagues he works alongside, what he’s learnt and the friendships he’s made along the way.

Outside work, you’ll usually find Glen with friends and family, following sport, heading off on a motorcycle adventure or enjoying a good braai.

Behind the Work | Meet Louise Du Preez

Louise joined Semper in May as our Development Administrator, and it didn't take long for her to feel at home.

What stood out to her? The way everyone is made to feel valued, regardless of their role or department. It's something she's come to appreciate about being part of the team.

Outside work, Louise has a full heart and a busy household with five children, but still finds time for the gym, cooking with her partner and a few things of her own. And when we asked her to choose a superpower, she didn't need much time to think about it.
