That’s a wrap on another successful event season for me.

I’m incredibly proud of what my teams have accomplished over the past few months. We took the time to unpack, strategise, and refine our ex*****on—and it showed.

Each project brought its own lessons. Events are a constantly shifting landscape, especially when working on large-scale productions like we do.

What the public sees is only the surface; behind every decision and implementation lies a layered and thoughtful process.

No matter the size of the event, there’s always something to take away.
We’re constantly learning, growing, and evolving to create the best possible experiences.
Engagement and safety continue to be at the core of everything we do.

As we transition into the winter season, I’m looking forward to diving into some exciting projects, turning my attention to other businesses, and making space for a few personal goals as well.

We’re also at the halfway mark of the year—a perfect time to check in with yourself.

Last night had the opportunity to sit in a few business development talks at the Cape Town Business Summit 2024. and one of them was Vusi Thembekwayo

What an absolute inspiring, relatable and action driven discussion.

Definitely recommend if you in business and want to grow and expand your thinking to attend his events or follow his various social media / podcast or YouTube channels.

October marks 5years of running wild in the entrepreneur world. 🎉

Firstly, this journey has been nothing that I imagined, but everything that I needed.

From the low to the highs, setback to comebacks, project on hold, to launching new avenues of business...
All I can say is it's been a crazy 5 years, thank God for the strength, courage and his blessings.

So... What's next for me as a business women...

If social responsibility for NPO's and NPC's is just a nice marketing tool, then unfortunately you have missed the mission and purpose of the organization, and change needs to happen.

As society, we need to play a bigger role in holding organization accountable and not be blinded about a good feel post every once in a while....

With almost 20 years of experience, planning small and mass events for thousands of spectators with back-to-back event days, it takes lots of hours, a special group of people, driven by passion and coordination to achieve a successful event!.

Few jobs come with more stress than those where workers are charged with protecting the lives of others.
