This is Caitlin. She just started her own business from home. She threw a launch party to tell people about her business and sent invitations to everyone she knew and prepared loads of gifts & freebies. She was super excited when a crowd of people showed up.
Caitlin was waiting for someone to buy something from her. She reached out where she could but did not nearly get the sales she expected. She realized that they don't have that much in common and more than likely they were there for the freebies and not to buy or hear about her business.Instead of a launch it was a serious reality check for Caitlin.

Luckily, all is not lost for Caitlin. She can still boost her engagement with these tips that we will share over the next couple of days....

Never stop exploring new ways of catching your ideal customer's attention.
