There is nothing in this country that hasn’t been touched by racial polarization ….
It has contaminated our society – with superiority and inferiority in all walks of life
It is not practical to believe that people can just work with each other without regard for their background and their history
Why do people not focus on productivity – because they do not feel a sense of belonging because of the huge disparity and the unconscious bias.
It never will work correctly until we address it properly.
A mini truth commission, in every organisation will help people to understand what happened and how to heal from the history and the disparity that has driven the wedge, deeper and deeper.
We stand on the brink of social failure, until we face the truth, we cannot face the future.
