2016 was a tough year. This year my brand, Sylvester Styling was launched at Oxford Street in Durbanville after years of slowly building up my portfolio on the side-line.

Unfortunately I was caught by surprise when my investors approached me right after the official launch and suddenly announced that they're not able to finance this brand any longer. It took many tears, concerns and conflict to come to a resolution.

Yet now I stand back and realize this very thing... It is in the uncomfortable process of change that the best things are birthed and formed. Sometimes we need to take a step backward in order to move forward.
Therefore I am confident in saying, I will not give up!
The doors of opportunity lie ahead of me!

And so I am equally excited to share that my brand name has gone through a metamorphosis and will now re-emerge stronger, more free-spirited and creative as "CHANEL SYLVESTER - COUTURE. STYLING. MUSIC. ART"

Not just another designer...
Now you can get to know the different facets of me, and be blessed by my products and creativity.

I am happy to announce that the launch of my new brand name will be taking place at the town hall in Paarl on the 9th of December in conjunction with the Adopt a Star Xmas concert. (Will be sharing more info shortly)

The most gorgeous princess!!! Anneri van Vuuren on her matric dance at Stellenberg Highschool this year. She wore this opulent lilac 2-piece. It consists of a beaded bustier, teamed with a classic tulle skirt, finished with lace appliqué. Dress designed and made exclusively by Chanel Sylvester.
