This regional conference season hit different. š
Celebrating 30 years of sisterhood⦠Iāve been reflecting on the journey that started so early for me. At just 20, my Graduate Advisor gave me the name āSuper Soror.ā At the time, I didnāt fully grasp the weight of it but Iāve grown into it over the years.
Since 19, Iāve had the privilege of leading and serving in this sorority. To me, āSuper Sororā has never been about perfectionāitās about showing up as a hard worker, thinking strategically, and most importantly, building meaningful relationships.
Over the years, I didnāt always get it right (Iāll blame a little of that on immaturity), but my heart has always been in the right place. As one of my Golden Sorors once told me, āyou have the heart for Sorors.ā That has stayed with me.
It does not escape me how special it is to lead, serve, and grow in the South Atlantic Region while maintaining the cherished relationships in the place I will always call homeā¦Central.
Hereās to legacy, growth, and sisterhood that stands the test of time. šš
