Planbee Hospitality PlanBee is based on a similar idea as virtual assistant (VA) services, which is popular in the USA and Europe but has yet to take off in South Africa.

The concept is to save you time by hiring an assistant who gives you invaluable support for your business that you may not have met face to face. PlanBee was founded by Samantha Kemp, the queen bee of attention to detail and going the extra mile. Coming from 10 years hospitality experience, working in top establishments, it became quite apparent that people needed help day to day, with running not

only their businesses but their homes as well. Most of these tasks are not income generating but are necessary to do. PlanBee is well equipped to understand your needs and to develop a system to assist your personalized to do list, whether it is at work or at home, or even virtually. PlanBee is your ‘go to’ when your plan A falls through. PlanBee can assist all types of folk for all types of tasks; however our approach is a little different to your usual VA service. We realised that large corporate companies have the capacity and the resources to hire full time onsite PA’s therefore our aim is to assist smaller businesses, the work-from-home individuals, and busy homes and families. We provide services that are not only based offsite, but also onsite. We are an independent contractor therefore you don’t have to worry about office space, labour costs, HR needs, payroll, UIF, sick leave, annual leave, or simply running late. We provide you all that a regular PA will provide but without the hassle and with a personal touch. Let us be your ‘go to’ person. We care about your business and homes as much as you do; after all it is our livelihood.
