Position: Hair Product Sales Representative
Location: Western Cape, South Africa (with travel within the region)
Employment Type: Commission-based salary

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell an international premium range of high-quality hair products to salons, beauty supply stores, and other relevant outlets within the Western Cape region.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for salon staff to showcase the unique features and benefits of the hair products where necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• We welcome collaboration with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the sales manager when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the haircare industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sales field as well as the hair industry is considered a significant advantage!
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and promote our products.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to drive sales.
• Knowledge of the latest haircare trends, products, and techniques will be an added advantage.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.
