Lyle Jones Former banker/regulator helping high-achievers overcome self-limiting beliefs to find true purpose. But beneath it all, I felt disconnected.

A few years ago, I was living in a penthouse in a bustling global city — surrounded by comfort, success, and all the markers of a successful life well-lived. The world saw the high-performer, the one who made it. But inside, I was quietly struggling with a lack of purpose, self-sabotaging patterns, and wounds I hadn’t yet faced. I’ve come to learn that success without alignment leaves you feeling

empty. Today, I help high-achievers reconnect with their deeper purpose, rewire their inner world, and live a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. If you’ve done everything “right” and still feel something’s missing — you’re not broken. You’re just ready for real alignment — and I’m here to help you.

Want to know what I was thinking in this moment?

I was on a yacht. The sun was warm, Table Mountain in the distance, champagne and sushi waiting downstairs 🍣🥂

And I was wondering what one of my friends was up to…
And whether I should’ve read more that morning to deepen my understanding of awareness, purpose, and spirituality.

Wild, right?

I wasn’t fully present — even though the moment was beautiful.
That’s what happens when your mind is wired for the next level.
You start overthinking instead of appreciating what’s right in front of you 🤯

This ties back to awareness
What you think about yourself shapes how you feel —
And your feelings become your frequency 💫

That frequency builds your self-image… your inner blueprint.
It affects how you interpret the world — even the “good parts.”

Two people can watch the same movie and walk away with completely different feelings.
Why? Because we filter life through our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.

So if you’re always chasing, always striving,
Maybe it’s not about needing more.
Maybe it’s about reconnecting with yourself.

This is the work I do.

DM me “ALIGN” — let’s talk. No pressure, just an honest conversation that could transform how you view life.

🧠✨ Let’s get serious about what we want from life.
It’s time to pause the hustle — and tune in.

What patterns are you repeating that are quietly creating your reality?
What thoughts about yourself are you entertaining… daily?

Every thought you think is charged with emotional energy — a frequency.
And that frequency determines how you feel, what you do, and ultimately… what you experience.

Your subconscious isn’t judging right or wrong — it responds to familiarity.
So the more you rehearse the same thought loops and emotional cycles, the more your actions follow suit.

👁 You’re not just living your life. You’re living your self-concept — and you’ll never outperform that.

Real change? It starts with awareness.
Inventory of your thoughts.

Get clear on the narrative playing in the background of your life.
Because until you do, you’ll keep manifesting versions of the same scene.

As Einstein said:

“Match the frequency of the reality you want… and you cannot help but get that reality.”

So — what frequency are you tuned into?

📌 If you’re ready to shift your narrative, align with who you really are, and live with intention — this is your invitation.

Navigating Life’s Adversities: 4 Key Strategies to Flourish in Hard Times [Part 4]

"Appreciate the Season"

As Robin Sharma reminds us, heroes aren’t born in the sunshine. Figures like Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Teresa, and Nelson Mandela didn’t emerge from ease, but from adversity. They thrived because they understood one truth: challenges are a part of the journey, not the destination.

Kahlil Gibran, in The Prophet, beautifully describes how difficult times crack the shell of our understanding, forcing us to grow. Life has seasons, and while some may feel unbearable, they serve a purpose. Just like the changing weather, our lives experience highs and lows, storms and sunshine. Without the cloudy days, we would never fully appreciate the warmth of the sun. Without winter, spring’s bloom would not seem so miraculous. It’s the contrasts—the rainy days and the sunshine—that shape our journey.

Next time you face hardship, ask yourself: How is this shaping me? What am I learning? In hindsight, you might be able to say, "This was the best worst time of my life because it taught me ______."

Think of Kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. The cracks are not hidden but highlighted, turning the object’s damage into something even more beautiful. Like the cracks in pottery, our wounds can become the very things that make us stronger and more unique. As Gibran suggests, life’s difficulties crack open our understanding, allowing us to fill those gaps with wisdom, resilience, and strength.

Wear your scars proudly. Turn your wounds into wisdom. True leaders turn obstacles into opportunities – that’s the path to legendary success. And remember, the sooner you start seeing your challenges as stepping stones, the sooner your transformation will begin. So, start today.

Navigating Life’s Adversities: 4 Key Strategies to Flourish in Hard Times [Part 3]

Feel to heal. It’s not uncommon for us to want to run or escape when we encounter hardship, but the real work comes when we choose to feel and release. As the saying goes, the best way out is through. Moreover, acting out of our wounds blocks our potential, keeping us from our gifts, talents, and the ability to create meaningful change.

Our deepest emotions often have roots in past experiences, particularly in childhood. Explore that past to uncover the lessons and allow yourself to start your healing journey.

You might ask: “How can I possibly do that when it feels so overwhelming? I don’t even know where to start.”

Trust me, it’s completely normal to feel that way. Healing isn’t always easy, and it’s not about dismissing your pain. It’s about giving yourself the space to feel it fully, and gradually learning to view it from a new perspective.

Start with a simple acknowledgment of the emotions you’re feeling. No judgment, just observe. Then ask yourself: What is this experience trying to teach me? Every struggle holds a lesson, even if it’s hidden. It may be showing you where you need to grow, how to be more patient, or how to strengthen your resilience.

Remember, sometimes healing feels like taking one step forward and two steps back—and that’s okay. It’s all part of the process.
What’s important is to keep asking the question, even when the answers aren’t clear right away. Over time, you’ll find the lessons become more apparent. And when you look back, you’ll realize just how far you’ve come.

Navigating Life’s Adversities: 4 Key Strategies to Flourish in Hard Times [Part 2]

Growth isn’t always wrapped in a shiny package—it often comes disguised in wolf's clothing. Robin Sharma reminds us that both our good and bad experiences, whether painful or poetic, can be a source of strength. Every challenge has the potential to be transformed into an opportunity.

Next time you face hardship, ask yourself: How can I use this for growth?

But then again, you may respond by saying: “How can I do this when it’s so hard? I can’t see any positives in this situation.”

Honestly, I’d be the first to admit that it’s no easy task. But it’s not about pretending that it’s not hard. It’s about allowing yourself to feel whatever you're going through and, little by little, choosing to see it differently.

Start by acknowledging the challenge without judgment. Then, ask yourself: What is this teaching me? Every tough situation has a lesson embedded in it, even if it’s not clear right away. It could be teaching you patience, resilience, or showing you where you need to grow or change. Sometimes, growth feels like one step forward and two steps back—and that’s okay.

It’s about consistently asking the question, even when the answers are hard to see at first. Small steps forward matter, and over time, those lessons will reveal themselves. Eventually, you’ll look back and realize just how far you’ve come.

Navigating Life’s Adversities: 4 Key Strategies to Flourish in Hard Times [Part 1]

What is 'truth' in your current situation? When life gets tough, gaining perspective is key. Robin Sharma asks us to pause and ask ourselves, “What is the truth of this?”

Many of us don’t realize that our thoughts are not always real. Are our thoughts about the situation accurate? If so, to what extent?

Robert Greene reminds us that thoughts can be phantom-like, shadows with no basis in actual reality. In contrast, reality is tangible — like the birds in the trees, or the ground beneath your feet.

Here's the thing: thoughts and reality are separate. But when a thought is repeated, it can become a habit, that can lead to a pattern which, in turn, can lead to further action(s) which ends up shaping our reality. So the question becomes, how can we separate fact from fiction in our minds?

Start with this: What is the reality of the situation you're facing today? What thoughts are merely shadows, and which ones reflect your true experience?

Brain Health is Wealth — ‘The Power of Awareness’

When it comes to living a fulfilling life, awareness is key. Brain health isn’t just about our body but how conscious we are of our mind. The essential building blocks? Sleep, nutrition, hydration, social connections, and managing stress. When it is used appropriately, awareness helps us identify the patterns and habits that may be keeping us stuck in unhealthy cycles.

A balanced approach to stress is crucial. While a healthy amount of stress helps us grow and step outside our comfort zone, chronic stress weighs us down. Awareness allows us to manage stress effectively, ensuring it doesn’t become destructive. By recognizing our stress triggers, we can develop coping strategies tailored to our needs. This proactive approach empowers us to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively, fostering a healthier relationship with stress.

Social connection is another pillar of brain health, and it doesn’t always come from deep relationships. Even a small exchange, like greeting your barista at Starbucks, can significantly boost mental well-being. In addition to social interactions, staying properly hydrated is crucial for maintaining optimal brain function. Dehydration, even in small amounts, can impact mood, focus, and cognitive abilities. Remember, a simple glass of water can be the difference between a foggy mind and mental clarity.

Let’s not forget how anxiety fits into this. Though we often view it as an unwelcome guest, it’s actually an evolutionary trait. Anxiety once kept our ancestors alert to potential dangers, helping them survive. Today, it often arises when we worry about work, relationships, or finances. With the right awareness, we can recognize anxiety as a signal showing us what truly matters, rather than letting it control us. This awareness can lead us to make more informed decisions and to appropriately address and prioritize those aspects of our lives that require attention.

As the saying goes, "Health is the crown on the well person's head that only the ill person can see." Even a short 10-minute walk can help regulate your nervous system, flooding your brain with feel-good neurochemicals like dopamine and serotonin. This simple act can shift your mental state, leading to clearer thinking and better emotional balance.

So ask yourself: What habits are holding you back from optimal brain health? Where can you bring more awareness into your daily choices?

Awareness is your path to transformation.

Peace and blessings!

Breaking Free from Subconscious Conditioning: 'The Power of Awareness'

Did you know that much of who we are is shaped by the time we turn 7 years old? Between the ages of 0-7, our subconscious mind is conditioned by the environments we grow up in—parents, culture, society, and experiences that leave a lasting imprint on us. These early influences form the foundation of our beliefs, behaviors, and emotional responses, often creating subconscious patterns that follow us into adulthood.

But here's what I’ve learned about awareness: it gives us the power to choose who we want to be. Just because something’s familiar doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

Many of us go through life carrying the weight of subconscious patterns — beliefs that tell us we're not enough, that we should stay small, or that we need to live by someone else's rules. These old wounds and self-limiting beliefs can keep us stuck, repeating the same painful cycles, unable to step into the life we truly want.

When we gain awareness, we can start to identify which traits we’ve picked up from our childhood — some we love, some we don't. We can choose which ones to keep and which to let go.

To truly grow and elevate, we need to separate from the subconscious ego and self-limiting beliefs that no longer serve us. These beliefs may be rooted in early wounds, but they don’t have to define us anymore.

Growth is a process of becoming.
To step into the next version of ourselves, we must let go of the older, outdated version. If we don’t become aware of the patterns keeping us stuck, we risk repeating the same painful cycles over and over again...

So take a moment today to reflect: what patterns in your life are holding you back? Where can awareness lead you to transformation?

Awareness is the key. It’s your path to transformation.

Peace and blessings!

Your boy,
Love Jones

Success Isn’t Always Fulfillment.

Three years ago, I lived on the 44th floor of a penthouse in a bustling global city, surrounded by luxury. I had achieved more than I ever dreamed possible as a kid—towering success, a beautiful environment, even a sense of ease. For someone like me, the chances of reaching this level seemed almost impossible. Yet, there I was—against the odds.

But deep down, something was still missing.

Despite reaching heights I never imagined, there was a void that success couldn’t fill. I realized that no matter how far I’d come, my life wasn’t aligned with my deeper purpose. I was living a life that looked perfect on the outside, but inside, wounds from the past and old conditioning led me to self-sabotage the very opportunities I’d worked so hard to create.

At first, it was just a whisper from the universe—a subtle nudge that something was off. But as time went on, the signs became more and more apparent, and eventually, the pain impossible to ignore. If you don’t heed the call to heal and address the wounds rooted deep in your subconscious, those unaddressed patterns will drive your decisions. And that can lead to deep regret.

This moment in the pool with my daughter reminds me of the duality I felt back then—of achievement on the outside and emptiness within. I’ve come to realize that outward success can get to your head, fueling you with a sense of false confidence. Living your purpose doesn’t mean letting go of all you’ve achieved; rather, it’s about doing the inner work that allows you to heal, and spending time creating a vision of the life you truly want to live—without compromise!

I now help high-achievers who are struggling with this same feeling. You’ve reached the top, but maybe you, too, feel like there’s more—like outward success isn’t the ultimate destination.

How much longer will you wait to start living the life you truly want?

Your purpose is calling. Are you ready to answer?
