1. Strictly guarantee on the repaired part only
2. Guarantee for workmanship is 3 months, guarantee for new parts is 6 months.
3. Not responsible for damages, theft or fire during repairs.
4. All jobs carried outside our premises are subject to a call out fee whether or not the item is fixed. Call out fee is no refundable.
5. For items done at our premises, they must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be sold to recoup costs.
6. All items are subject to a guarantee, and any refunds shall be reimbursed when the guarantee process has been exhausted.
7. Strictly cash on delivery unless otherwise arranged.
