This past weekend, we hosted our first retreat 🙌🏽💛✨

Having done huge events mostly throughout my journey, I’ve seen first hand the value of less is more.

The recent retreat hosted by Wake Up Mamela opened my awareness to how impactful an intimate setting and group adds so much value beyond what can be imagined or perceived.

It amazed me how tangible the awakening processes we moved through brought light and revelation to us as a collective group.

We were all students of the process. Our cups run over as we endeavour to become the best version of ourselves one day at a time🙌
