🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

Today, I am thrilled to announce that I have been awarded the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation, the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters International. 🏆

For those who may not be familiar, the DTM is a prestigious accolade that recognises a member's commitment to personal and professional development in communication and leadership. Only a small percentage of Toastmasters ever achieve this honour, making it a truly special milestone.

Reaching this goal required a clear focus on my objectives, consistent effort, and a step-by-step approach. Each project and speech was a building block, contributing to my growth and development. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the support and encouragement from my fellow Toastmasters and mentors: Dawn Corin Aletta Brune Rochat John Hambleton Michael Mac Iver Chris Adlam

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey with me. Your support has been invaluable. Here’s to continuing to grow, lead, and inspire others!

🔥 Title: “Cotton or Blend - It Doesn’t Matter To Men”

🗣 Talk Summary:

Prepare to be enlightened as Jenna-Lee Ewers sheds light on the inherently patriarchal perspective surrounding women’s clothing. Through a series of compelling photographs capturing different outfits and the corresponding catcalls received, Jenna-Lee Ewers aims to raise awareness of gender-based violence and sexual harassment. By showcasing these stories, she challenges the notion of victim blaming and highlights the audacity of men who perpetrate such atrocities.
