In my experience, most people's CVs look like a variation of F1. Here is the issue with that.

1. Too much space is used for irrelevant information (companies don't care about that in your CV)
2. It doesn't make a strong impression, infact, it's more time consuming, and you risk having your CV overlooked by recruiters
3. This CV includes elements that are not ATS-friendly - most companies make use of ATS to make the hiring process easier and it's the first screening process before a recruiter sees it.
4. There is not indication of what job you are applying for.
5. If this makes it to a recruiter they only have 7 seconds to find the information they are looking for and this doesn't give them a reason to read any further. They skimp!

The second CV, after I edited it, is a much better representation of the candidate, it's ATS friendly, doesn't take up unnecessary space, and gets straight to the point.
