June has long been a special month for me, for various reasons. That includes the fact it's Youth Month, in which we celebrate the role young people play in shaping South Africa's future. 🇿🇦

What we do *now* has a direct impact on that future. We can make a difference by offering a bursary, embracing the Youth Employment Services (YES) programme, supporting a youth-owned business or making a donation to an organisation that does amazing work for children. 🙌

🤩 Team outing! Roamwork, one of our loyal clients, recently invited Bubear Solutions to enjoy a change of scenery at its freshly minted Summerley workspace in Kenilworth. 👌

After swiftly accepting, we planned a business session with a focus on strategy, information sharing and team building. ✅

But if someone had told me back in 2018 that 8 years later Bubear Solutions would boast a dynamic team of 15 people ready and willing to follow my lead, I would have laughed. And then laughed some more. 😂

Truth be told, I had no idea what would happen. I just believed I could do *something*.
