🧼 200 care packs, each filled with essentials (a face cloth, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, roll-on and sanitary towels), to be delivered to a registered beneficiary of our choice.

🚚 Source, procure, package and deliver 200 care packs.

💬 𝘼 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙀𝙊 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧, 𝙁𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖 𝘽𝙪𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙧:

From a two-person operation in my living room (with a lowered Golf Mk1 as our delivery vehicle 😂) to where we are today. What a journey it's been!

Back then, it was all about making do, grabbing opportunities and figuring things out as we went.

Today, Bubear Solutions looks *very* different. We've expanded our team, provided training, purchased delivery vehicles, secured office space and brought on interns to mentor. Every single step forward meant taking a calculated risk and investing in growth before it was comfortable.

So, if we want to continue to scale, we need to build the right foundations *now*. For me, that means investing in people, further improving efficiency and putting the right structures in place to grow – all without losing what made us successful in the first place.

We're still building and I'm excited about what's to come. Here's to the next chapter! 🚀

✏️ 100 stationery packs = 100 kids ready to learn! 🙌

Far too often, children start the school year worrying about not having the right tools for their education. 📚

So, as part of a forward-thinking BEE Socio-Economic Development project in preparation for the 2027 school year, Thinkspace tasked Bubear Solutions with sourcing, procuring, packaging and delivering 100 stationery bundles to beneficiary "Sunrise Kids" in Capricorn. 🤝

Thank you, Thinkspace, for trusting us with this brief and for investing in the future of these children. We're humbled to play a role in this incredible initiative. 🙏

💬 𝘼 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙀𝙊 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧, 𝙁𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖 𝘽𝙪𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙧:

Being a "middle child" probably prepared me for being a business founder.

Positioned right between two siblings, I grew up with substantial age gaps on either side of me.

So, for years, I've been learning to understand people from very different generations: their perspectives, expectations, fears, ambitions and ways of communicating.

I didn't realise it at the time but I was learning things I now consider incredibly valuable as a founder & CEO. How to listen, how to adapt and how to find common ground.

Today, when I think about the workplace, I don't believe one generation has all the answers. Every generation brings something different in terms of experience, adaptability and even innovation.

So, as a leader, perhaps my job *isn't* to make everyone think the same. Perhaps it's to embrace the differences and understand each individual well enough to bring out the best in them.

Maybe being the middle child was preparing me for this all along?

This is something I keep in mind as I continue building Bubear Solutions. We may sometimes be from different generations and on different journeys, but we have a common destination: a future we have to build together. 🇿🇦
