Job Description:

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our team of HR consultants on various client projects
Assist in conducting job analyses, preparing job descriptions, and assisting in recruitment efforts
Support in HR research and analysis, including market trends and best practices
Help in developing HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Participate in client meetings and contribute to HR solutions
Provide administrative support to the HR consulting team as needed
Assist in recruitment administration and processes
Opportunity to learn about different aspects of HR consulting, including employee relations, training and development, and HR strategy
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
Basic understanding of labour legislation

Remuneration will be variable and cannot be guaranteed at any value. The earnings of a Consultant is dependent on how much work is done. We will pay an agreed hourly rate for any work that is done in a calendar month. We are looking for an individual who is open to this and understands that the more work there is and the harder we work, the better we earn.
