I am delighted to post that CIPC have finally resolved the issues with the email server which has caused long delays for many critical services. We finally cracked it this past Friday and our dedicated agents have been working extremely hard to clear the backlog created by this issue.
I would like to thank our clients for hanging in there and trusting that we would get the job done just as soon as humanly possible. We were pleasantly surprised by how many of you responded to the informational email we sent out regarding the delays with thanks, which, in times of a crisis such as this, was really heart warming and greatly appreciated.
To all of our wonderful staffers who have gone above and beyond and are working as fast as the systems will allow to clear the backlog, thank you for your grit, determination and infinite patience in doing your best to manage expectations in a time of uncertainly and no information – this business is nothing without you.
We project to have everything cleared by the end of today.
All new applications will be completed within the usual timelines.
