My name is Angelique Pretorius, I run AP's Secretarial Services. I have gained my administration experience in Secretarial Skills, Personal Assistant, Diary Management, Minutes of Meetings and typing thereof (in my own shorthand/longhand), Hotel & Flight Reservations, Dictaphone Typing, Petty Cash, Accounts (Debtors & Creditors), Reception Duties, Sales, Industrial Catering (Purchasing). AP's Secretarial Services provides professional administrative assistance to client's either from my home, their home office, or business office. The Client does not have to pay for employee benefits. The Client only pays for work as and when it is needed, either per hour or when the task is completed. A Work For Hire Agreement is signed. A Time Billing Sheet and Invoice is generated for work that is completed.
