Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, this Cap Classique displays a clean, elegant profile with a fine, persistent mousse train. Fresh aromas of lemon and lime zest are lifted by delicate brioche notes. Citrus and green apples fill a well-balanced palate, leading to a lingering finish. Delicious with mussels, oysters, lobster, grilled line fish, fried calamari, roast chicken with herbs, or brie, camembert and nuts.
Serve at 9° C.

South Africa has been known for making high quality wine for over 350 years. This Chardonnay Brut Cap Classique has a deep straw colour with a fine mousse train. Ye**ty bouquet with lemon and lime zest on the nose. Citrus and red apple fill the mouth with a creamy exit. Pairs well with oysters, lobster, grilled line fish, fried chicken, brie and camembert.

New opportunities arise suddenly. Be well prepared so that you can accept them, benefit from them, and pass it on to those around you.

Prominent mocha and black cherries on the nose. Lush, complex palate with cherry, dark chocolate. Fine, integrated tannins. Vanilla and herbal notes on long finish. Enjoy with roast beef, filet mignon, grilled chicken, quiche, and blue cheese.
Serve at 16-18° C.
