Acknowledge her quickly. Stay calm, stay focused. Never match her energy just solve the problem.

Hold the space. She doesn’t need advice. She needs to feel safe, heard, and unjudged.

4. The over-talkative client
Be warm, be directive. Guide the conversation back to her treatment gently, but intentionally.
