We reflect on a successful delivery of our Essential Business Skills for Micro and Small Enterprise Owners: Operations Management workshop facilitated by Prof Adbullah Bayat.

The EMS Small Business Clinic at the University of the Western Cape recently completed the second session of our Marketing Workshop Series facilitated by Prof Mornay Roberts-Lombard.

Building on the foundations established in Workshop 1, this session shifted the focus toward ex*****on. Participants explored what is social media marketing, practical social media marketing tools, digital content strategy, and how to identify the right platforms to reach their target customers effectively.

The workshop reinforced a core principle we believe in: entrepreneurship education must be practical, accessible, and directly applicable to the real challenges small business owners face.

We are grateful to every participant and facilitators who invested their time and engaged so meaningfully throughout this series.

We kicked off our Marketing Workshop Series facilitated by Prof Mornay Roberts-Lombard and the energy in the room said it all. ✨
