Ever wonder why you can work easily with some of your team and struggle to get others to get on the same page as you?

Do you feel that you are giving your team enough detail and information to get on and do the job and yet, you don't get the results you're expecting?

One of the reasons this could be the case is due to our working traits and which traits we instinctively use and determines our behaviour.

These traits could be in a variety of orders, with some taking longer to satisfy than others. Those traits are:

Perceiving - intuitive and insightful
Responding - caring and considerate
Enquiring - objective and research inclined
Promoting - encouraging and vocally confident
Enterprising - resourceful and industrious
Organising - goal orientated and coordinating
Practical - hands on and functioning

There's no right or wrong answer here, however understanding your and your teams working traits allows an individual or team to understand how their natural working behaviours affect their interactions with teams and assigned deliverables.

i3 Profiling does two things, increase self-awareness and enable stronger relationships within your organisation (team building).
 
It involves an assessment of your, or your colleagues' & employees' personal working traits to show you the potential of an individual, or team - rather than how they fit in a box or need to conform. This leads to a healthier working environment, employee-growth and a more productive team.
