We are looking for an experienced Motor Dealership Warranty Clerk to join a busy, fast-paced, multi-brand dealership environment.

What we need:
✅ Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk within a franchised dealership environment
✅ Experience working in a high-volume workshop
✅ Experience on Keyloop / Drive / Autoline highly advantageous
✅ Strong administration and attention to detail

What you’ll be doing:
🔧 Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently

A well-established and ever-growing dealership is seeking a multibrand Costing Clerk with excellent analytical and time management skills, and a natural talent for collaborative work, to join their Cape Town hub. You will be responsible for managing invoice costing, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy of data. Working knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage, and the ability to handle over multiple brands, and a minimum of 30 vehicles daily is essential.

• Matric Certificate
• A valid Drivers License
• At least 2 years of Costing experience within a multibrand franchised motor dealership
• Working knowledge of CDK/Keyloop/Autoline (or similar)
• Well-spoken and presented
