Product Validation doesn’t happen in the convenience of your office. Unless you’re willing to roll up the sleeve and mix yourself with your target market to learn the nuances and context of their specific pain points, you won’t be able to fully appreciate the gravity of their true concerns.

This week we are in Nairobi, Kenya, engaging with medium sized medical practices and understand infrastructural requirements that would enhance their shift towards digitalization. We are testing if a perception shift from “Patient” towards “Healthcare Client” will adjust Clinical experience into Customer Healthcare; and whether or not this is necessary in enhancing the experience and making Doctor-‘Patient’ interaction more meaningful. All within the context of typically high Doctor-Patient ratios.
