Remote Appointment Setter (US Market) – $50 USD Per Verified Appointment

Job Description:
Summit Leads Ltd is hiring performance-driven Appointment Setters to join our US homeowner campaigns.
This is a results-based role with USD earnings and bonus potential. We reward output, not attendance.
Responsibilities:
Outbound calling US homeowners
Following structured scripts
Booking fully qualified appointments
Accurate CRM data capture
Maintaining TCPA and DNC compliance
Compensation:
$50 USD per verified appointment
Bi-weekly payment
Bonus structure:
5 sets → +$100
10 sets → +$200
15 sets → +$300
Every additional 5 → +$100
Minimum 2 verified sets per week required
Requirements:
Fluent English (neutral accent)
Outbound sales experience preferred
150+ calls/day comfort level
Stable fibre internet (backup power preferred)
Headset & quiet workspace
