Woolworths (Pty) Ltd v CCMA and Other (2026)

Employee dismissed for "suspicious behaviour" on CCTV, but mo theft or rule of breach was proven.

Charges must match allegations. Trust relationship must be broken. The dismissal was substantively Unfair.

Employee was reinstated, with 6months back pay.
