Studio Manager & Senior Designer – Irene, Centurion
Salary: R20 500 - 24 500 PM, Full time, Office based

The Company is seeking a studio manager with incredible creative / design skills to join our office and manage the daily happenings in our Communication Design Studio.
Responsibilities:
• This is a hands-on position, not only managing the work of our talented design team, but also getting hands
dirty, designing for new business, proposals and existing clients.
• We're looking for someone who will motivate our team but who will also lead with a firm hand to assure on
time delivery including diving in to help where necessary.
• Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall leadership in the daily
production functions of the studio.
• This includes managing designers time, discussing & delegating projects with the creative director, managing
the production schedule, coordinating with other departments such as buying and packaging departments to
assure tight deadlines are met.
Requirements:
• Five - Seven years studio management and design experience with a minimum of three+ years in a
manager position. (a must)
• Five+ years Packaging and production experience.
• Three+ years printing experience.
• Two+ years account management experience
• Experience within a Communication Design Studio.
• Expert Knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Presentation design skills in PowerPoint, Keynote.
• Seasoned experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and driving creative criteria.
• Fluent Afrikaans language skills. (a must)
• Affinity with numbers
