By participating in the Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd. Competitions, each entrant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
This Competition is open to ALL South Africans.
1. This Competition comprises of 1 Full Felicity Solar Reimbursement, where entrants stand a chance to win the full installation amount on the invoice by Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd and 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
2. For an entrant to be declared a winner in this competition, they would have to purchase one of the Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd, Felicity solar packages stated on either the Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd advertisement or 4K Excom (Pty) Ltd advertisement.
Namely:
Package Felicity 1,2 and 3
- 4(1)/6(2)/8(3) X 560-Watt Hestia Solar Panels. Only available at Es Gone solar (Pty) Ltd and 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
- 1 X 5Kw Felicity Solar Inverter. Namely IVEM5048 (Only serialised approved by Es Gone solar (Pty) Ltd and 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
- 1 X 5Kw Felicity Solar Battery. Namely LPBF48100-M (Only serialised approved by Es Gone solar (Pty) Ltd and 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
- PV Cable/Battery Cable/Communication Cable/AC DB Box with applicable switches and fuses/DC DB Box with applicable switches and fuses/Surge Arrestors/Switchover or Kill switch/Battery Disconnector/Sprague in Tubing/Trunking/Earth Cable/Earth Spike/PV Roof Bracket/Mounting Bracket/aircon (separate quotation/Ventilation) approved by Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
- Installation which is included in the set price approved and signed off by a Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd and 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
- There is only 60 Inverters (Serialised) for this competition.
- There is only 60 Batteries (Serialised) for this competition.
- There is a Maximum of 480 (Units) X 560-Watt Hestia Solar Panels available for this competition.
3. The Applicant will also be required to follow all social media entities of the above companies (Facebook & Instagram).
4. There is no deadline, this competition ends when all 60 Felicity solar products have been installed and all entries have been accepted by both Es gone Solar (Pty) Ltd and 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd.
5. The winner will be announced after all 60 installations have been verified, which then will precedent a set date to which all involved competitors will be notified on a live pick with an unnamed third party, this can be Live on you tube/radio/Facebook/Instagram.
6. If the winner does not respond to their approved notification close of business five days after the notification, the companies above reserve the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and the prize will be upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given, the PICK will be then run again until a winner claim said prize.
7. The winner in this competition consents to the above parties for a short interview.
8. No alternative is available for this reimbursement.
9. The Competition also rules that in the even that said installation is not paid up to date in full, the prize will be forfeited as well.
10. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, the companies mentioned reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to a) amend any of the Competition terms and conditions without prior notice; b) block participants on SABC platforms if the companies above find their submission offensive, obscene or not in line with the goals of this competition.
11. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and/or the results thereof and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of companies mentioned shall be final and no correspondence or discussions shall be entertained by said companies.
12. Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd, does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liability injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrant/winner in connection with their participation in this Competition. The companies mentioned further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any entrant/winner’s or any other person’s device relating to or resulting from participating in the competition.
13. Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom solar (Pty) Ltd, shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations in terms of this Competition where such failure is caused by something outside its Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, pandemics, outbreaks, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
14. Each Entrant and/or Winner agrees to the Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom solar (Pty) Ltd, making their names and all entries/user-generated content/ audio clips/voice notes or video made available for this Competition in Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd publications and/or on its websites and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future.
15. If one or more conditions of these Terms and Conditions are void and/or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions and/or any other specific terms for the contest.
16. By entering any this Competition, Each Entrant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the SABC, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in the disqualification from the Competition or the forfeiture of the No correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering any this Competition, Each Entrant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of Es Gone Solar (Pty) Ltd & 4K Excom Solar (Pty) Ltd, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in the disqualification from the Competition or the forfeiture of the No correspondence will be entered into.
