When I founder Pharmers Consulting 8 years ago, I started from nothing.

I had a laptop, an internet connection and an idea.
I registered my company and started with one pharmacy intern's CV. Then another and another.
I used to charge R300 and then thought of adding a cover letter to the CV for R500.
I started a social media page and posted my adverts there to draw attention..
Then I quickly realized that I needed a lot of sales to reach my monthly expenses (R20k at the time) and so I created a 3-in-1 package for CV, CoverLetter, Reference letter for R1000.
Now I needed half the amount of clients to make the same monthly amount.
40 clients x R500 = R20k
then, 20 clients X R1000 = R20k
After some time, colleagues and clients started asking for license advise and further help. My answer was always YES!
I then charged my first community pharmacy license application service at R7k. Posting and promoting it on pharmacy groups and pages to get targeted clients.
This meant, I only needed 3 clients a month!
Down from 40, to 20 to 3! awesome...
High ticket sales allow you to work less (fewer clients) for more (margins).
My marketing degree finally kinda kicked in. It had taught me that strategically packaging your offers allows different levels of clients to solve their differing needs from you all in one.
Soon I had multiple tiers of license applications and could manage with just one client monthly!
Today my biggest ticket service is a R3M pharmacy package!
