More than 500 learners from Umlazi applied for the TSAM FOM Programme this year, a powerful reminder of how ready young people are for opportunity.
As part of the recruitment process, the Inqubeko team conducts psychometric testing and baseline assessments with shortlisted applicants to help identify future STEM talent and ensure learners receive the right support from the very beginning.
Out of the 500+ applicants, 240 learners have been shortlisted, and 160 will officially enter the programme.
That means 160 young people, and 160 families, will begin a journey that could change the trajectory of their future.
