BEE compliance should not be a once-off spend.
With Inqubeko, your compliance budget is directed into structured education and talent development programmes designed to support learners from school into the workplace.
The result?

Behind every improved mark is a learner who started believing in themselves, pushed through challenges, and had the right support system around them.
Through Toyota South Africa Motors’s investment in future talent in KZN, we see what happens when BEE compliance spend is used strategically, not just to meet requirements, but to build real talent pipelines.
Because when compliance budgets are invested wisely, they don’t just tick boxes.
They create opportunity, strengthen communities, and help build the future workforce your business will one day depend on.

Your talent pipeline does not start at university. It starts in Grade 4. 📈
Most companies wait until it is too late to invest in people. At Inqubeko, we close the gap in numeracy and confidence before it even opens. Use your BEE compliance spend strategically to develop talent long before recruitment begins.

Secure your future workforce from the foundation up.

Most businesses only think about talent when they need to hire.
At Inqubeko, we believe opportunity should start early, which is why our Foundation Programme begins as early as Grade 4.

Foundation is where we help build the skills, confidence and mindset future professionals need.

By the time learners reach high school, the confidence gap, numeracy gap, and problem-solving gap are often already there.
That’s why Inqubeko starts earlier.
Our Foundation Programme works with learners from Grade 4, building the core skills and mindset they’ll need for the future, while also empowering teachers to create stronger learning environments.
Because talent doesn’t start at recruitment.
It starts here.

More than 500 learners from Umlazi applied for the TSAM FOM Programme this year, a powerful reminder of how ready young people are for opportunity.
As part of the recruitment process, the Inqubeko team conducts psychometric testing and baseline assessments with shortlisted applicants to help identify future STEM talent and ensure learners receive the right support from the very beginning.
Out of the 500+ applicants, 240 learners have been shortlisted, and 160 will officially enter the programme.

That means 160 young people, and 160 families, will begin a journey that could change the trajectory of their future.
This is the impact being created through Toyota SA's willingness to invest in future talent in KZN.

But the reality is clear: the need is bigger than what one company can solve alone.
Andrew Kirby, CEO of Toyota SA, has invited other corporates to join the movement of creating sustainable, generational impact through strategic community investment and talent development.
If your business wants to turn BEE compliance into measurable impact and future talent development, we’d love to speak to you.

A BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), a term coined by Jason Goldberg in his book The Art Of Scale, is supposed to stretch you.
It’s supposed to feel almost impossible.

At Inqubeko, we set ourselves a bold goal:
to support 1,000 learners each year into our uninterrupted talent pipelines from historically underserved communities.

A goal we thought would take three years to fully realise.

We reached it in one.
And it’s only April.

That’s not because the goal was too small.
It’s because this team showed what vision, discipline, and consistency can do when focused on real impact.

To the entire Inqubeko team, congratulations.
This milestone represents more than numbers. It represents opportunity, access, and generational change.

And this is only the beginning.

When industry leaders speak about the future of talent, they’re really speaking about where it begins.

In a recent interview with 702, Andrew Kirby, CEO of Toyota SA, highlighted the impact of the Future of Manufacturing Programme, a pipeline designed to develop skilled, work-ready individuals from as early as high school.

We’re proud that Inqubeko forms part of this journey.

Because real transformation doesn’t start at recruitment.
It starts with access, support, and consistent investment in potential.

From classroom to career, this is what sustainable talent development looks like.

Congratulations to Toyota South Africa on the well-deserved Corporates That Care Award.

The real magic of Inqubeko isn’t one programme, it’s the journey.

From Foundation in primary school, to Aspiration in high school, Access to bursaries, Perseverance in early careers, and finally Acceleration into leadership, Inqubeko’s five-stage pipeline walks the full road with future talent.
This is how opportunity becomes preparation.
And preparation becomes leadership.
