NETMAID
PLACEMENT CONTRACT
Thank you for contacting NetMaid. We have a number of job seekers who require day, part-
time, sleepover and permanent positions; we are in a position to place quality staff. We can
place nannies, domestic workers, au pairs, office cleaners, gardeners, drivers, security
guards, handyman, plumbers, carpenters, painters etc. although our speciality is in domestic
workers. Our experience enables us to select those we consider to be โof superior qualityโ
giving our customers value for money and peace of mind. We use mostly the Human
Psychology in the overall approach.
A. We charge a total once-off fee of R1500 on trained candidates and R750
untrained. This includes a non-refundable admin fee of R500, all is payable before
the placement & training process starts.

B. A monthly fee that is included on the candidateโs wage/salary based on your offer
and negotiated amount. You pay directly to our account all the candidateโs
wages/salaries and we pay the candidate their fare accordingly.
Salaries are negotiated based upon whether she lives in or out, hours worked, past earnings
and experience. You are welcomed to put an offer according to your affordability and
responsibility. We don't state the salary required. We encourage that you meet the minimum
wages required.
The admin fee covers the time spent matching your specifications with our placement
register, making cell calls to all suitable candidates, training them according to your needs
and arranging the maid to come to you.
Clients have 30 calendar days waiting period after we have received the fully correctly filled
form, ID/passport copies, proof of residential address where the candidate will be placed
and full payment to receive the relevant candidate. Cancellation by the client will result with
client forfeiting 50% of the trained fee, which is R750 of R1500 and/or R500 of R750 as we
would have started with preparing a maid for your specific needs and it costs us money &
time.
Once a candidate has been selected and has started working at a clientโs premises,
cancellation of the order is regretfully non-refundable. After your chosen domestic/office
cleaner has begun to work, if you are in any way dissatisfied, please contact us and a
second maid will be placed. This is based on the reasonable rejection.
In total, up to three candidates may be placed over a three month period. Please note that
we do not charge for the two replacements; however our only condition is that they both
should have worked within the three months from the date on which your first employee
started to work. No direct interviewing of the maids by client is offered. We send the ready-
to-work candidate to you. We cover all necessary interviews. You only do the house
orientation, show all cleaning material /stuff and they start the work. C. The one day trained candidates are R450/day payable to us. We place the candidate
for that day. You pay directly to our account and we reimburse the candidate
directly. We can only confirm available candidates on request. Factors like time
frame between the request and placement plays a major role as we have no control
of the helpers availability especially in a short notice. We strongly discourage the
immediate request. We encourage proper planning.
