What’s on my mind:

Wish I can go back to HR, hop from organisation to organization-giving them 6 months each...helping the most toxic line mangers with disintegrated teams understand the their teams ARE THEIRS...not HRs....that it’s them who must ensure that the team actualises....

- help them accept themselves as leaders|

- equip them with tools that will help them recruit based on the needs of the vision|

- how to borrow from the team’s intelligences|

- accept it’s okay to say I NEED HELP....|

- know what strengths the team has and how those strengths can compensate for their weaknesses|

- hold the space for dialogues and not debates & & &

- encourage collective creativity|
