"Capital reductions" Million dollar question. I could not find anything in the Regulations but I would suppose this is a special resolution (CoR15.2) and will have to be lodged with CIPC as this will have an effect on the authorised shares of the company. IMPORTANT: Before you do this you will have to first convert your shares to no-par value.

To change the name of an existing CC, lodge the following documents:
1. Completed CoR 9.1
2. Letter on the CC's letterhead, requesting the change of name
3. Certified copy of the ID of the person who signed the letter.
All of this must be lodged MANUALLY.
