Starting with Heart: Supporting New Jerusalem Children’s Home
Our day began at the New Jerusalem Children’s Home, located at the Lanto Montessori International Schools Trust. We believe that education is the ultimate equalizer, and there is no better way to invest in the future than by equipping young minds.
The Mashudu Tinyiko team arrived with boxes of essential stationery, greeted by the bright smiles of the children and staff. During the handover, our CEO, Nonhlanhla, delivered a moving and inspirational message to the students. She reminded the children that they are the future leaders of tomorrow and spoke with conviction about the importance of their education.
“These supplies are more than just stationery,” Nonhlanhla shared. “These are your tools of trade. Use them to build your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and prepare for the leadership roles that await you.”
By providing these tools, we hope to empower each child to write their own success story.
Excellence in Action: The Employee Awards Ceremony
After a morning of community engagement, the team transitioned to an elegant afternoon of reflection and recognition. The atmosphere shifted from the bustling school courtyard to a beautifully set table, ready to celebrate the collective hard work of the past twelve months.
The highlight of the afternoon was the Handing Over of Awards. At Mashudu Tinyiko Consulting, we know that our success is built on the dedication of our staff. During the ceremony, Nonhlanhla personally honored our top-performing employees who consistently went above and beyond in their roles this year, recognizing that the growth of the firm is a direct result of their passion.
