Lower Your Electricity Costs with a Solar Solution Designed for Your Business ⚡☀️
We recently had the opportunity to help a small business that was facing high monthly electricity costs and was looking for a smarter, more cost-effective way to power its operations.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every solar system we install is tailored to meet your unique energy requirements, ensuring you get the best possible return on your investment.

For this installation, our team assessed the client's energy requirements and designed a customised solution consisting of:
☀️ 16 Solar Panels
🔋 9.4kWh Battery Storage
⚡ 10kW Grid-Tied Inverter

Designed to meet the client's specific operational requirements, this system helps reduce reliance on the grid while providing reliable, efficient power every day.
At Nexus Energy Integrations, we never compromise on quality. That's why we install Hanchu products, which have been officially recognised as the #1 ranked products in the United Kingdom for their performance and reliability. Now, we're proud to be helping establish Hanchu Energy SA as a leading choice here in South Africa.

Quality products. Expert installation. Reliable performance.
If you're looking to lower your electricity costs and future-proof your business, we'd love to help.

⚡ SOLAR IS NOT just a "DIY WEEKEND PROJECT" ⚡

Just because you installed a 5W gate light doesn’t mean you can install a 5kW household system. A home solar system is a 🏭mini power plant—guessing and hoping is a recipe for disaster.

1. Calculations First, Panels Later
Don't just buy a 5kW system because your neighbor did. Without calculating peak loads, surge capacity, daily consumption, and battery bank sizing, you are building a system that will fail.
👉 Result: Dead batteries in 8 months and a worthless investment.

2. Cable Size Matters (It’s Not Decoration)
Small, random cables on a 5kW system cause voltage drop, severe energy loss, and high fire risk. Professionals calculate cable gauge based on amperage and distance.
👉 Result: Overheated, melting wires.

3. DC Power Kills (And Burns)
AC shocks and lets go. DC holds and burns. Poor DC connections cause arcing, melted connectors, and roof fires.
👉 Result: "Solar burned my house" is actually "Bad installation burned my house."

4. Earthing is Non-Negotiable
This is not optional. Proper bonding between panels, inverter, and ground is required to survive lightning strikes.
👉 Result: A single lightning strike destroys your entire system (and maybe your home).

5. Lithium Needs Professional Integration
Lithium batteries are not car batteries. They require specialized communication cables (CAN/RS485) and precise inverter compatibility such as charge settings, twmoeraturw control, and firmware updates to survive.
👉 Result: Voided warranties and destroyed electronics.

6. Panel array Must Be Designed Properly.

You don’t mix and match panels of different sizes. Panel strings are designed according to inverter MPPT specifications.

👉 Result: Poor array, leads to poor generation.

7. Inverters registered for SSEG.

Not All inverters are registered and aporoved for Small Scale Energy Generation. There is a regulation stipulating the approved products. Go cheap and you face darkness.

👉 Result: Cheap buy is expensive buy.

Homeowners, do business with registered company who will provide you a sustainable solution and serve your post installation needs. Do business where your safety is gauranteed, that a Certificate of Compliance is a non negotiable item.

☀️Bottom Line:
Solar is a professional, engineered solution, not a backyard science project. Do it right once, or pay twice.
