In Terra Veritas

In Terra Veritas ITV is a strategic consultant in developing agricultural projects across Africa. We equip our partners with scientific, analytic and educational tools.

Exciting times are dawning on Africa and its people. Oppression is in most African countries now a thing of the past. Healthy democracy coupled with rule of law is gaining an ever firmer footing, and the continent is now mostly governed by the Africans to whom it belongs. Despite this victory, there has been some transitional pain as we adapt to the burden of demand. The continent is marked with s

ome of the most fertile soils in the world, yet its people are often crippled by hunger. On a continent that takes pride in its agriculture, farmers are still using methods that degrade the soil from the premium terra preta to virtual desert. Fertilisation methods are too often crude, out-dated and highly inefficient. Maintenance and growing methods result in crops and meat that gather and provide only a fraction of the nutrients potentially available. Since its inception In Terra Veritas has been striving to help unlock this staggering potential. With over 60 years’ combined farming experience, including growing for the world’s upper choice markets, and using the latest techniques from around the world, we have an ever growing collection of data and information on almost every variety of vegetable and other crops. Backed by private companies who specialise in sustainable farming and who are already expanding into Africa, In Terra Veritas is the ideal vehicle for enabling agricultural development on this continent. We are two former farmers with over 60 years' combined experience in agriculture and business. Currently we specialise in large scale development projects across Africa aiming to ensure every project we touch becomes sustainable both economically and environmentally, and empowers the communities in which they develop.
