🧬 WEEK 3 – MENTAL CLARITY • ALERTNESS • PHYSICAL STAMINA

I didn’t expect the shift to be this clear.
It’s not just more energy — it’s directed, sharp, and somehow clean.

My thoughts aren’t racing… they’re just landing.
Like my mind finally found the signal after weeks of static.

🏃‍♂️ Physically, I feel steady.
Not hyped up — just ready. Endurance is better, recovery is faster, and I’m not dragging myself through the day.

🧠 Mentally, there’s a clarity I hadn’t realised I’d been missing.
Less fog. More intention. It’s like someone turned up the contrast on my perspective.

This is Week 3 of my NAD+ and biohacking protocol.
And for the first time in a long while, my brain and body are starting to speak the same language.

Not a miracle. Not a crash.
Just a recalibration — and it feels right.

Two weeks into my NAD+ journey — and the shifts are getting real.

🔹 Energy: More stable. No wild spikes or crashes, just a steady hum.
🔹 Focus: Sharper, but at times almost too alert. Like my brain’s dialed up one notch past usual.
🔹 Senses: This week, I noticed heightened sound and smell — fascinating, but at times overstimulating. Definitely learning to navigate this new level of sensitivity.
🔹 Mood: Clearer headspace, lighter emotionally. The fog I didn’t realise I was living with… lifting.

More updates soon. For now: presence, hydration, and trusting the process.

MindAgility Wellness Tip: NAD+ & Exercise During Your Adjustment Phase

If you’re starting NAD+ therapy or thinking about it, here’s something I learned firsthand:

The first week or so is a critical adjustment period where your body is adapting to increased cellular energy and mitochondrial activity. During this time, intense exercise can actually make common side effects like flushing, nausea, and stomach discomfort worse.

My advice? Take it easy in those first 7–10 days. Opt for gentle movement like walking, yoga, or light stretching. Focus on staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, and prioritizing good sleep.

Your body needs time to adapt — so don’t rush back into heavy workouts too soon. This approach helped me manage side effects better and come out feeling stronger and more energized.
