Great CV templates.
To reduce the time spent reviewing and putting together your CV and to further increase your chances of getting an interview invite, the following should be on your template:
1. Under personal info: age, gender, areas you are open to getting opportunities in, availability
2. Under previous employment you can also add employer sector (eg public sector if your prev employer was a gov entity, you have to add the reason you left each job
3. Under skills, make sure to include both technical skills and tools of trades used
Also add someone else's contact info incase they call you and your phone is off.
The recruitment process is quiet fast and if your CV has key and important information then recruiters won't need to figure out how to free up time to contact you to share missing information.
Cause most of the time the line managers give them interesting turnaround times (eg final shortlist to be produced within 3 days that time they have received over 1K applications. So they are more likely to contact applicants with clear CVs that speaks to their specs.
And... Remember to follow up and also check if they have similar opportunities coming up in their offices or their other offices.
They do not advertise everything.
Hope this helps. All the best.
