LEAD TIME & PRODUCTION POLICY
At GTA Print, we take pride in delivering quality products and professional service to every client.
To maintain our quality standards, all orders will be processed according to our stated lead times. These lead times are firm and apply to all clients and all orders.
Our lead times are in place for a reason. They allow us sufficient time to:
- Prepare and confirm artwork and specifications.
- Source and confirm the availability of materials.
- Complete production properly and without unnecessary rushing.
- Allow for quality checks and finishing.
- Accommodate our existing production schedule and other confirmed orders.
IMPORTANT: LEAD TIMES ARE FIRM
GTA Print will no longer accommodate requests to shorten or bypass our stated production lead times.
We understand that clients may sometimes have urgent deadlines. However, accepting urgent requests outside our normal production schedule often requires us to rearrange confirmed work, work after hours, or rush production. This can place unnecessary pressure on the production process and ultimately compromise the quality and service we aim to provide.
For this reason, no exceptions will be made to our standard lead times.
If an order is required by a specific date, clients are requested to place their orders sufficiently in advance to allow for the applicable lead time.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
The applicable lead time will only commence once:
✓ Payment/deposit has been received, where applicable
✓ Artwork has been approved
✓ All order details have been confirmed
✓ Required materials are available
Any delays in receiving payment, artwork, approvals, sizes, quantities or other required information may affect the final completion date.
QUALITY COMES FIRST
We would rather take the appropriate amount of time to produce an order correctly than rush an order and deliver a product that does not meet the GTA Print standard.
Our lead times are not there to inconvenience our clients — they are there to ensure that every order receives the time, attention and quality it deserves.
