When in business it is important to focus on building your brand and that of the organization. People buy into the brand before buying the product or service.
As business owners majority of what we post ought to seek to create brand awareness. It is this brand awareness that creates trust in the minds of potential clients. The more people are aware of your brand, the more are chances of them buying from you than a brand that they are not aware of. Brand awareness is key in building any successful business venture.
No matter how small your business is, make people know about it. Be involved in the community through what your business does. Partner with other businesses in doing a community food drive, health awareness programs and so on. Involvement in these events and many like them will set your business as an authority in its space. Being seen as an authority in your space will give your business credibility. It is credibility that people buy into.
This then means that as a business owner, my primary task is to create brand awareness around my business. It means I will post less of what doesn't set me or my business as an authority in the business sphere I operate in.
I might love soccer, but posting about it on my socials with not increase profits. So what do I do? I will post more of what sets me and my business as an authority my business sphere.
