Urban Eco Blue (Pty) Ltd (UEB) was established by a group of five qualified town planners, Sphamandla Ndlazi, Sibulele Mthembu, Thabiso Sikhakhane, Siyethemba Buthelezi and Nhlakanipho Mkhize in 2020 with the aim to provide general to high specialised access services ranging from domestic cleaning, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, roof cleaning, pool cleaning, washing cars, to lawn mowing s
ervices. The primary focus of the initial plan was to exercise rural-urban planning and development services ranging from desktop feasibility investigation (GIS); amendment of the land use management schemes; land development applications; due diligence investigations; land use surveys to layout designs (including floor plans, conceptual plans, locality plans, etc. The company offices are located at Atholl Heights suburb within Westville, 4b Crieff Road, Atholl Heights, WESTVILLE, 3629. Through desktop gap analysis, cleaning services were proven to be the most required services locally and outside of Durban. The team wanted to outshine the existing cleaning service providers by making sure that their services is of high quality and they targeted places where there was a high demand. Urban Eco Blue, the name itself was crafted on basis that the company will be practicing urban services ranging from rural-urban planning and development services, cleaning and maintenance. The name was crafted based on the service that the team was proposing to render.
