When an inquiry is made, we send out a technician or relevant expert to assess the job at hand. They will then relay all the relevant information to our manager who will quote you accordingly.
If that quote is accepted by the customer, a date for the job will be set up, material will be purchased and a work order will be submitted to the customer. This will serve as an ID for that specific job for the customer to use if they have any issues.
