Management Systems Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a well-spoken, organised, detail oriented Management systems person to join a small, well-established Management Systems company.

Management Systems Assistant Administrator
Main focus will be a candidate with manufacturing, engineering or fabrication experience / exposure.
Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, review and upgrades of Quality and EHS Management Systems.

• Implement Quality Management Systems
• Implement Environmental, Health & Safety systems
• Review and advise on current systems
• Implement upgrades on new systems
• Manage client relationships
• Prepare effective documentation for projects
• Prepare QA/QC Plans for projects
• Coordinate and supervise all visual, dimensional, and testing inspections
• Ensure work is coordinated amongst affected stakeholders departments
• Work closely and communicate with affected stakeholders
• Maintain quality records, project documentation, including final project data book and manage nonconforming products.

Minimum Requirements
• Experience in an engineering or fabrication environment
• Familiar with quality systems and, or EHS systems
• Familiar with legislation relating to the field – OHS Act
• Minimum grade 12
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
