Good morning beautiful friends and family 🤗

Tired is not your identity. It is a signal. That your body, your soul, and your spirit have been sending it for a while now. The signal that says you have been running on empty long enough. The signal that says the pace is not sustainable.🤔

The signal that says something has to change because the woman showing up right now is a fraction of who she actually is and everyone around her is getting the leftovers of a life that never slows down long enough to be refilled.🙏🙏

But you have been ignoring it.
Because stopping feels irresponsible. Because resting feels like falling behind. Because the needs around you are so loud and so constant that your own needs have learned to be quiet.💔

Because somewhere along the way you picked up the belief that your value is directly connected to your output and the moment you stop producing you stop mattering.😲

That is a lie. And it is making you sick.
Elijah was one of the most powerful prophets in scripture. He called down fire from heaven. He stood alone against 450 false prophets and won. He was used by God in ways that were utterly supernatural.

And then 1 Kings 19 shows him under a tree begging God to let him die because he had nothing left.

And do you know what God did? He did not rebuke him. He did not lecture him about faith. He did not tell him to get back up and keep going. He let him sleep. He sent an angel to bring him food. He let him sleep again. 💯🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️

And then gently, quietly, with zero condemnation He asked him what are you doing here.
Not as an accusation. As an invitation.❤️🥰

God is asking you the same question today. Not with crossed arms. With open hands. What are you doing here? How did you get this empty? When did you stop letting Me fill you? When did you start believing that taking care of yourself was less spiritual than.🤔

Running yourself into the ground for everyone else?
You cannot pour from empty. You cannot hear clearly through exhaustion.
🥲
You cannot walk in authority from a place of depletion. The most spiritual thing you can do right now might just be to stop, Sleep😴,Eat & Sit in His presence with absolutely nothing to offer but your honest tired self.😳

He is not disappointed in your empty. He is waiting to fill you up, allow Him.
You won't be disappointed.
🥰❤️❤️💯🙌🙌🙌🙌🙏

Good morning beautiful friends and family 🤗

1Pet 2:5
Spiritual sacrifices are the offerings Christians make through Jesus Christ, such as praise, prayer and the dedication of their lives & bodies, rather than animal sacrifices of the Old Covenant.

As believers are considered a "spiritual house"with a"holy priesthood "their function is to offer these non material sacrifices that are acceptable to God.

Remember that you are a chosen generation ,royal priesthood,a holy nation,a peculiar people, that should show forth the praises of Him that has called you.

It's wonderful to have that personal experience that causes you to want to praise and worship His Holy name. That gives you peace that's not found in the world, but found in Him.

Have a super blessed day 🙌🏽🙌🏽 cause you can ❤️🙏🥰

Good evening friend's and family. 🥰

Dear Heavenly Father, we pray today that we will not let temporary things and temporary people get in our way. Teach us to appreciate the gift of new life everyday. Today we pray that husbands will love, honor, respect and care for their wives and that the wives will do the same in return.

Also we pray for our children to honor and respect their parents which is a first commanded from God with a promise which is to live a long life. Also we pray that as Parents we wont exasperate our children but rather bring them up in the training and instructions of the Lord. Lord help us to

love, care and pray for our neighbors at home and our workplace. Help us to pray for employers and employees to form good relationships. Help us to work well with our customers and suppliers and all those we come into contact with.

Help us in our house of worship to always pray for one another. We take authority in Jesus name and cancel the attack of disorder and division and pray as the body of Christ we stand together and pray for one another in unity amen. Today we are reminded that we just visitors passing through this earth, help us to make the best of it.Naked we came and naked we go
We take nothing with us not even our bodies as it goes to dust. We take only our souls amen. Help us to love the people God gave us because He will need them back one day. God bless you all.Have a wonderful blessed and Victorious day in Christ Jesus amen. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Taking without permission is stealing* since that’s the common parenting concern.

*1. When do children start "taking things"?*
Kids don’t learn “stealing” as a crime first. They learn it in stages:

*Ages 2-4*: “Mine!” phase. Toddlers don’t understand ownership yet. If they want it, they take it. Brain isn’t wired for impulse control.
*Ages 5-7*: They know “this belongs to someone” but test boundaries. Might take sweets, money, phone to use/play. Still fuzzy on consequences.
*Ages 8-12*: Fully understand right vs wrong. If they steal now, it’s usually for a reason: peer pressure, attention, revenge, or unmet needs.
*Teens 13+*: Stealing becomes about independence, status, or serious underlying issues if it continues.

So “learning” starts as soon as they can grab + walk, but intent changes with age.

*2. What makes them behave this way?*
Kids steal/take for reasons, not “just to be bad”. Common drivers:
1. *Don’t understand ownership*: Especially under 7. “If I want it, it’s mine.”
2. *Impulse + curiosity*: Brain sees phone/cash/sweets → grab. No filter yet.
3. *Unmet needs*: Want attention, money for friends, stuff parents said “no” to, revenge after conflict.
4. *Modeling*: See adults take office pens, stream pirated shows, “borrow” without asking. Kids copy.
5. *Peer pressure*: Friends dare them, or they want to fit in at school.
6. *Lack of consequences + supervision*: If no one notices, behavior repeats.

*3. How can parents prevent it + raise a respected, trustworthy child?*
Goal: Teach ownership + honesty, not just punish. Trust is built, not demanded.

*For ages 2-7: Teach the concept*
1. *Name it simply*: “This is Mama’s phone. We ask before we touch. Taking without asking = stealing.”
2. *Practice “ask first”*: Role-play with toys. “Can I borrow your doll? Thank you for sharing.”
3. *Consequence + repair*: If they take, return it + say sorry + do 1 small task. “Stealing hurts trust. Let’s fix it.”
4. *Supervise + reduce temptation*: Keep money/candy out of reach. Kids will be kids.

*For ages 8-12: Build integrity*
1. *Talk about impact*: “How would you feel if someone took your jersey without asking? Trust breaks.”
2. *Give responsibility*: Let them manage small money, own their things. Trust grows when they’re trusted.
3. *Clear rules + natural consequences*: “If you take R20, you pay it back + lose TV time today.” Be consistent.
4. *Praise honesty hard*: If they confess before you find out, thank them. “You chose honesty. That’s respect.”

*For all ages: Model respect*
1. *Ask before borrowing*: Even their things. “Can I use your pen?” Kids mirror this.
2. *Talk about values*: “In our house we’re trustworthy. That means people can depend on us.”
3. *Address the ‘why’*: If they stole for attention/money, solve that root. More 1-on-1 time, allowance for needs.
4. *No shame, but accountability*: “You’re not a bad child. You made a bad choice. Let’s make it right.” Shame breeds hiding.

*Trustworthy person = 3 things repeated daily:*
1. *Honesty* - tell truth even when hard
2. *Responsibility* - own actions + fix mistakes
3. *Respect* - other people’s things, feelings, boundaries

*Quick check for parents*
If stealing continues after age 8, ask: Is child anxious, bullied, copying someone, or needing help? Then get a social worker/counselor involved. DSD and school psychologists can help.

For the *100-Day GBVF Challenge* context: Respect for boundaries + property is the same skill that prevents GBV later. “My body, my things, my consent” starts at home.

Education starts at home, it's never too late to start. To set new boundaries.

To create a new rules at home, in your workplace and your community.
For our children, our youth, and community.
